9.19.2019 – In collaboration with the White lab in the Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology at UConn, the Hadden lab has received a SPARK award to explore the antiviral activity of itraconazole and related analogues developed in the lab.

8.23.2019 – Jiachen’s manuscript, Truncated Itraconazole Analogues Exhibiting Potent Anti-Hedgehog Activity and Improved Drug-Like Properties, is published in ACS Medicinal Chemistry Letters.

7.30.2019 – RC’s manuscript, Virtual Pharmacophore Screening Identifies Small-Molecule Inhibitors of the Rev1-CT/RIR Protein-Protein Interaction, is published in ChemMedChem.

7.1.2019 – The Hadden lab received a grant from the UConn Research Foundation for a project to develop Gli1 inhibitors as anti-cancer agents.

6.1.2019 – In collaboration with the Korzhnev lab at the UConn Health Center, the Hadden lab has received an award from the NIH/NCI to continue the development of promising lead scaffolds as small molecule inhibitors of translesion synthesis.
