Upasana’s manuscript, Design, Synthesis, and Evaluation of Hybrid Vitamin D3 Side Chain Analogues as Hedgehog Pathway Inhibitors, has been published in Bioorganic and Medicinal Chemistry.

In collaboration with Robert Wechsler-Reya, the Hadden lab has received a grant from the National Institutes of Health to develop itraconazole analogues as hedgehog pathway inhibitors for the treatment of medulloblastoma.
