Seth Friedeman
Seth is a current sophomore Honors Student at UConn majoring in Molecular and Cell Biology and Nutritional Sciences. Originally from New Jersey, he found getting involved with research at UConn to have been one of the most knowledgeable and exciting parts of his short college career, and strongly encourages any undergraduate student to do the same! Outside of research with the Hadden Lab, Seth is involved in various aspects of campus life, including serving as an educator for the Collegiate Health Service Corps., a volunteer for the Windham Heights After School Program, and a Resident Assistant for the Department of Residential Life. His research primarily focuses on the development of biochemical assays to validate lead compounds, most recently studying the YTHDF2 protein.
